On-Campus Interviewing

On-campus interviewing (OCI) allows employers to visit the Law School and connect with pre-selected students who meet their hiring criteria.

Begin by selecting a session to attend and providing details about the position, including hiring criteria and required application materials. Once students apply, employers can decide to interview as many or as few students as they wish. We will organize your interview schedule based on the number of students you select and any other reasonable scheduling requests you may have. All services are free.

Interview sessions take place three days a month from February through November. The Office of Professional Development uses Symplicity to manage on-campus interviews, including gathering application materials and scheduling interviews.
