Bar Preparation Courses
Capital University Law School Bar Prep Course: Advanced Bar Studies
Course Description: This course provides students with an intensive substantive review of selected legal material routinely tested on the bar exam and uses problems and exercises in a bar exam format to familiarize students with techniques for answering multiple choice (MBE) questions and analyzing, organizing, and writing essay and multistate performance (MPT) questions. Advanced writing, analysis, and test-taking skills are emphasized.
Students are required to conference regularly with the course instructor to review written work and evaluate bar exam preparedness.
Grading is on a satisfactory/unsatisfactory basis.
Prerequisite: This course is limited to students in the last year of law school.
Recommended: This course is recommended for students in their final semester.
