Law Review Holds First Wells Conference on Adoption Law
The Capital University Law Review held its
first annual Wells Conference on Adoption Law on Friday, April 1,
2005.
Barbara Bennett Woodhouse, director for the Center
on Children and Families and the David H. Levin Chair in Family
Law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, was the lead
speaker. She also was named this academic year's Sullivan Lecturer.

Janutis Publishes Article on Remedies, Punitive Damages
Rachel M. Janutis has published an article, Reforming
Reprehensibility: The Continued Viability of Multiple Punitive Damages
after State Farm v. Campbell, in 4 SAN DIEGO LAW REVIEW (November
2004).
The article was originally presented at the 2003 3rd Remedies Discussion
Forum sponsored by Washington and Lee School of Law and the University
of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law.
