Weekly Case Law Summary 

The National Center for Adoption Law & Policy is pleased to offer this service, in addition to our already popular News Summaries, a  weekly summary of relevant case law in the areas of adoption, and child welfare. This service is available on our website as well as through email. 

In order to receive the email of the case summary abstracts, we are asking everyone to register with us. We have an online registration form that will allow us to get to know our subscribers as well as to continue to offer timely information to our readers.  Please click here to register.
