CLEAN INDOOR AIR NEWS - Nebraska is Latest State to Become Smoke-Free

Nebraska is the 23rd state to pass a strong smoke-free workplace law, after the Nebraska legislature overwhelmingly approved a bill subsequently signed into law by Gov. Dave Heineman. The new law will take effect June 1, 2009 and will cover all workplaces, including restaurants, bars, and gaming facilities.
