We are in the process of building our Smoke-Free Housing Registry. Soon, you'll be able to search by city or zip code for a smoke-free apartment, duplex, or rental house near you. Please note: The Tobacco Public Policy Center cannot guarantee the accuracy of this Registry and makes no guarantee that the listed units are 100% smoke-free. Do not rely solely on this Registry; verify that units are smoke-free before signing a rental agreement. This Registry is provided as a free service to potential renters, but all rental agreements are between the resident and the property manager and/or owner. The Tobacco Public Policy Center reserves the right to remove any listing for any reason, and we will remove listings that are reported to allow smoking. |
