Do not rely solely on this Registry; verify that units are smoke-free before signing a rental agreement. This Registry is provided as a free service to potential renters, but all rental agreements are between the resident and the property manager and/or owner. The Tobacco Public Policy Center reserves the right to remove any listing for any reason, and we will remove listings that are reported to allow smoking.
