Exercise your right to breathe easy.In Ohio and around the world, communities are demanding clean indoor air laws (sometimes called “smokefree laws” or “smoking bans”) that protect employees and the public from the harms of secondhand smoke. In addition to providing protection from secondhand smoke, clean indoor air laws have proven effective at encouraging smokers to quit and discouraging youth tobacco use. In Ohio, voters passed the Smoke-Free Workplace Act.
