
Frequently Asked QuestionsHow Do I Enroll?With approval from your home institution, you may enroll as a visiting student. In order to enroll please complete the SDR application. You must also submit a letter of good standing/permission from your home law school and if you are planning on covering your cost with student loans you must have a consortium agreement sent to Capital from the financial aid office of your home law school. Can I Get Financial Aid?Financial aid may be available through your home law school. Check with your Financial Aid Office to determine if you are eligible to receive financial aid to attend. Students who receive financial aid through their home law school must provide a consortium agreement to Capital University Law School Office of Financial Aid. Is there housing available?Housing is not available at the Law School. Students may explore the option of staying in a local hotel. Contact Annette McMurry at 614-236-6348 for more information. How many courses may I enroll in?The courses are designed so that a student can take one class a week, either during the morning session (runs from 8 am to 1:10 pm) or the afternoon session (runs Noon to 5:10 pm). Students may enroll in as many of the intensive week long courses as allowed by their home law school. What is the cost for the Summer Dispute Resolution Institute?Tuition for the Summer Dispute Resolution Institute is based on the number of courses you choose to enroll in. Tuition is for each course is based on a per credit hour cost. The 2009-2010 tuition rates are $1074.00 per credit hour.
