About

The Summer Dispute Resolution Institute offers law students the opportunity to enroll in intensive, week-long mediation and dispute resolution courses taught by nationally recognized alternative dispute resolution faculty and practitioners. Courses are open to JD students from all ABA accredited law schools.

Courses are designed to allow students to enroll in one course a week. Students are invited to take more than one week-long intensive course.

Divorce Mediation (3 credits) July 27-31; 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Health Care & Dispute Resolution (2 credits)

Negotiation (2 credits)

Visiting Professor Course (2 credits)

Adoption Law Institute (2 credits)

Business Negotiation (2 credits, an online course that may be taken from anywhere)
