Ming Appointed Chair of OSBA Committee

Mary Ming, executive director of Capital University Law School's graduate law programs, has been appointed chair of the Ohio State Bar Association Paralegal Committee.

The OSBA Paralegal committee is composed of practicing paralegals and attorneys working in paralegal education. The committee's functions include reviewing pending legislation and regulations that impact paralegals; reviewing relevant case law impacting paralegals; creating and implementing continuing legal education; preparing and distributing a directory of paralegal education programs in Ohio; and monitoring the issue of paralegal regulation.

Ming will serve as the committee's chair until July, 2003.
