The Capital University Law School Labor and Employment Law Association is sponsoring a continuing legal education program, “Current Developments in Labor and Employment Law,” on Friday, Feb. 27, from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm. The program will be held at Capital University Law School, 303 E. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio, in room A121 & A122.

The program will review the latest updates in gender discrimination, Fair Labor Standards Act and the Ohio Wage and Hour Law, and concurrent compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Workers’ Compensation.

Speakers are Shannon L. O’Brien, Ohio Attorney General’s Office Civil Rights Section; Kendall D. Isaac, The Isaac Firm, LLC; and Jaime Landrum Powell, Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur, LLP.

The CLE has been approved for 3.0 general hours. The cost is $45 and includes lunch. All proceeds will benefit the Labor & Employment Law Scholarship Fund at Capital University Law School.
