Professor Kobil’s work has been cited by courts, including the United States Supreme Court, and legal journals. He is a frequent contributor to newspaper, television, and radio reports on constitutional issues. Kobil joined Capital University Law School in 1987. He currently teaches constitutional law, criminal procedure, and comparative constitutional law.
