On Nov. 9, 2007, the Philip J. The event was followed by the Ohio Association for Justice / Philip J. Fulton Excellence in Oral Advocacy Award presentation and an alumni reception. Capital Law School’s moot court program provides law students with the opportunity to simulate the appeal process and compete nationally with other law schools.
