CLE Seminar April 2 on LGBT Law Related to Family Law, Domestic Violence and Estate Planning

The ACLU of Ohio Foundation and Capital University Law School are offering a CLE program, “LGBT Updates on Family Law, Domestic Violence and Estate Planning, for attorneys, law faculty and law students on Saturday, April 2, 2005, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The program will provide attendees with the most recent information and law affecting lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transsexual (LGBT) clients. Another goal of the program is to re-establish the Human Rights Bar Association.

The program will begin with registration and a continental breakfast at 9:00 am, April 2 and follow this agenda:

Cost to attend is $25.00, but is free for ACLU of Ohio members. The program has been approved for 4.75 CLE credits by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education.
