Law Students Participated in Make a Difference DayOctober 31, 2003 Capital University Law School students participated in Make a Difference Day by giving a Halloween party for the Salesian Boys and Girls Club. The event was sponsored by the Student Bar Association. The Halloween party took place on Saturday, November from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Salesian Boys and Girls Club. There were games, face painting and party favors for the children. "Make a Difference Day is a national day of helping others -- a celebration of neighbors helping neighbors. Everyone can participate," said Heidi Wagner, third year law student and coordinator of the event. In 2002, 3 million people across the nation cared enough about their communities to volunteer on Make a Difference Day, accomplishing thousands of projects in hundreds of towns.
