Registration Fee:

$60/person for one day
$120/person for both days
$35/person for Awards Dinner on May 11

The fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, breaks, and any continuing education credits for which you are applying.

Cancellations

Refunds will be made for cancellations made in writing on or before May 2, 2005. No refunds will be granted after that date. Substitute registrations are welcome.
