Supporting Capital University Law SchoolWhy Support the Law School? The financial contribution of graduates and friends of Capital University Law School supports the next generation of attorneys, judges, elected officials, public interest law providers, corporate leaders and entrepreneurs. That enhances the legal profession as a whole. Capital University Law School wants the next one hundred years to be marked by the same extraordinary accomplishments of the first one hundred years for its school, students, alumni and faculty, and for the legal profession. Private support of a private institution is more than a tradition. It is critical to increasing the stature of Capital University Law School. That requires greater resources than tuition alone can or should be expected to provide. The support by graduates and others for the common good is one of the most vital principles of our society and our legal community. Support for private education must increase if the next generation of lawyers is to be able to serve the community and the profession. The total cost for a Capital legal education has to be a matter of concern
in recruiting the student body that attracts and retains outstanding faculty
members, creates an intellectually dynamic atmosphere and continues to
build the Law School's reputation. |
