William H. Bluth

wbluth.jpg (6803 bytes)Professor Bluth has been a member of the Capital University Law School faculty since 1970. He founded and directed Capital's Legal Clinic Program, which provides students with the opportunity to represent real clients under faculty supervision. He now teaches Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Evidence and Family Law. He regularly publishes studies and courtroom manuals for state and local governments. Professor Bluth served as clerk to United States District Judge Orrin Judd of New York.
