Professor Sigmund's practice includes estate and business succession planning for professionals and business owners, charitable giving and other extensive estate and gift planning.

He has dealt extensively with qualified retirement plan accumulations and distribution planning and assists clients with income tax, estate tax and generation skipping tax issues.

Sigmund was listed Best Lawyers in America ® (1997 through 2006) and recognized as one of Ohio’s Super Lawyers™ in 2004 Cincinnati Magazine, as voted by his peers. He holds a Martindale-Hubbell Rating of AV, which indicates very high to preeminent legal ability and very high ethical standards as established by confidential opinions from members of the Bar.
