He has represented attorneys, investors, churches, and countless others in his distinguished career. Also he can claim numerous achievements. He has held the presidency of the Columbus Board of Realtors®, the Ohio Chapter #3 of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, the Columbus Chapter of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, and the Columbus Board of Education (1987). He is past chairman of the Metropolitan YMCA Board and the Ohio Real Estate Appraisal Board, as well as past chair of the Capital University Board of Trustees. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Center of Science and Industry (COSI). He is a member of the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations and the Columbus Bar Foundation. A graduate of the University of Arizona with honors, Weiler received a Masters Degree from the Ohio State University in Real Estate in 1964 and a Doctorate Degree in Finance in 1968. In 1983, Weiler was awarded a Juris Doctorate Degree from Capital University Law School and was admitted to the Ohio Bar that same year.
