Marc J. Kessler

Marc J. Kessler's practice experiences include trial and appellate litigation in both state and federal courts throughout the country involving business litigation with an emphasis on complex commercial transactions, business torts, real estate, product liability, constuction, sports facilities, insurance, health care and aviation issues. Kessler provides strategic business counself to numerous large corporations headquartered in the Midwest. He is an active leader in the Central Ohio community.

Kessler's trial experience includes representing clients in numerous jury and non-jury trials. His recent experience includes litigation involving the validity and enforceability of non-compete agreements for a multinational corporation, accounting malpractice claims covering tax and audit issues, and the enforcement and defense of substantial contract rights involving business acquisitions, asset sales and purchases.

Kessler was selected by his peers for inclusion in Ohio SUper Lawyers 2004 and 2005 recognizing his legal abilities among the esteemed lawyers within the state of Ohio. He is also active in community organizations supporting Central Ohio.
