Myron C. Grauer

Before
coming to Capital in 1990, Professor Grauer taught at the University of
Cincinnati College of Law (1984-1990) and at the Southern Illinois University
School of Law (1980-1984). Prior to entering teaching, he practiced law
for four years in both Washington, D.C., and Pittsburgh. Professor Grauer serves as the academic director of the Graduate Law Programs and
teaches Federal Personal Income Tax, Estate and Gift Tax, Estates and
Trusts, and Decedents' Estates. He was formerly the acting director of
Capital's Graduate Tax Program (1995-1996) and interim associate dean
of the Law School (2003-2004). His publications in tax and sports law
have earned him a national reputation in both fields. Professor Grauer
is a member of the ABA Section of Taxation and serves on its Teaching
Taxation and Estate and Gift Tax Committees. Professor Grauer also has
served as a member of the Government Relations Committee of the Association
of American Law Schools.
