Prior
to joining the Capital faculty, Professor Distelhorst taught accounting
and finance, and practiced both accounting and law. His special areas
of interest are business and professional ethics. Professor Distelhorst
publishes in the field of professional ethics and commercial law. He is
a Fellow of the American Bar Association and the Ohio State and Columbus
Bar Foundations. Professor Distelhorst is a recipient of the Student Bar
Association's Excellence in Teaching Award. He teaches Contracts and Commercial
Law at the Law School, and he teaches the subjects of Business Ethics
and Leadership for Capital University's School of Management.
