Jack A. Guttenberg has served as dean and professor of law at Capital University Law School since July 2004. He previously had been on the faculty at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University since 1980 and also served as associate dean there from 1997 to 2004. He has taught criminal law, criminal procedure, legal profession, trial advocacy, law practice management and pre-trial management, criminal trial process, corrections law and professional responsibility. From 1980 to 1985, he was coordinator of the Federal Post-Conviction Relief Clinic at Cleveland-Marshall.
