J. Joseph Bodine, Jr.

Professor Bodine joined Capital Law School in 2007 as Director and Professor of the Academic Support Program. Previously Bodine taught Legal Research and Writing at Capital University Law School before moving on to Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA as a tenure track professor.

Bodine also served as a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Ohio Attorney General Jim Petro. Professor Bodine is a former Ohio public defender where he represented death row inmates in their direct appeals to the Supreme Court of Ohio and the United States Supreme Court.
