After practicing
law in Atlanta, Georgia and Columbus, Ohio, Professor Blocher joined the
Capital University Law School legal writing staff in 1993. She is the
director of Capital's Legal Research and Writing Program, a position she
has held since 1995. Professor Blocher also teaches Torts, Products Liability,
and Appellate Advocacy. In addition to her teaching and administrative
responsibilities, Professor Blocher has served in the community as a legal
writing consultant, and she is a regular speaker at Continuing Legal Education
events.
