Professor Hughes has been a member
of the Capital University Law School faculty since 1985. He teaches Legal
Research and Writing, Copyright Law, Computer Law, and a seminar in Law
and Literature (on occasion). Professor Hughes has also served as the
director of the Law Library since 1985. Before coming to Capital, Professor
Hughes was the Head of Public Services at the University of North Dakota
Law School Library. Before he attended law school, Professor Hughes took
an M.A. in Latin at the University of Connecticut, where he also taught
the first two semesters of college Latin to undergraduates.
