David S. Bloomfield
B.S. The Ohio State University, 1966;
J.D., The Ohio State University, 1969

Bloomfield is a partner with the firm of Bloomfield & Kempf, where he focuses his practice in the areas of immigration and nationality law, social security disability and professional ethics. He is a recipient of the U.S. Department of Justice Public Service Award for Immigration pro bono work and is a fellow of the Ohio State Bar Foundation and Columbus Bar Foundation.

Bloomfield has published articles in numerous legal publications, including the Capital University Law Review. He was a contributing reviewer for the American Bar Association’s project regarding the establishment of professional codes for the newly democratic nations of the former Soviet Bloc. Recently, he contributed to the Columbus Bar Association publication Life and the Law, Wit and Wisdom from Columbus Bar Association Lawyers.
