Professor Angela Upchurch is an Associate Professor of Law at Capital University Law School. She was appointed as the Academic Director of the National Center for Adoption Law & Policy in January 2007. In this capacity, she teaches the only regularly offered Adoption Law course in the nation. Recently, Upchurch participated in a White House roundtable discussion to celebrate National Adoption Day.
Professor Upchurch teaches Civil Procedure, Dispute Resolution, Children and Family Law and Adoption Law. Her research interests include procedural law, dispute resolution systems and children and family law issues.
