Patricia Williams
Patricia A. Williams
is an Organizational Problem-Solving consultant with emphasis
on dispute resolution development, conflict analysis, and mediation.
Ms. Williams also has extensive experience integrating cultural
competency and communication theory and practice into her dispute
resolution work. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University
(with University Honors) and formerly served a lengthy tenure
as an ombudsperson with The Ohio State University. Ms. Williams
is a longtime affiliate with the Center for Dispute Resolution.
She currently chairs Project Diversity for United Way of Franklin
County, serves on the Boards of Columbus Works, Strategies Against
Violence Everywhere, Fox28/TV-6 Toys for Tots Campaign, and is
a member of the Urban Scouting Community Advisory Board, Simon
Kenton Council-Boy Scouts, and Teacher Education Curriculum Advisory
Committee at Capital University.
