The centers and institutes at Capital University Law School enrich our
academic environment and provide students the opportunity to develop specialized
knowledge and skill in a particular area of the law.
- The
Center for Dispute Resolution is a nationally recognized
resource for the teaching, development and implementation of various
dispute resolution methods which provide alternatives to litigation.
It has become renowned for its training programs for law students
as well as the community.
- The
National Center for Adoption Law & Policy at Capital
University Law School seeks to ease and facilitate the adoption process
through education, research, and advocacy efforts. It works to effect
systemic change in the adoption process that will, over time, impact
thousands of children across this country.
- The Institute
for International Legal Education has given the school
global visibility as a forum for discussions about law in emerging
democracies; its ground-breaking programs attract students, scholars,
political figures, law enforcement officials and high court justices
from all over the world.
