Message from the Alumni Office

Alumni Weekend is just around the corner! Our office and your alumni board look forward to seeing you May 2-3. For those of you who have already registered for the May 2 CLE and/or the Alumni Awards Lunch, please note: due to renovation delays at the Columbus Renaissance Hotel, both of these events have moved to the Hyatt on Capitol Square.

Thank you to the law firms, government organizations, additional groups and individuals who have purchased or organized tables for the Alumni Awards Lunch. We are anticipating a record number of guests this year to celebrate the accomplishments of our outstanding alumni.

Although the weekend will be filled with great educational and social activities, your alumni board also will be working hard, as the members come together for their annual meeting. They will begin setting the tone for 2008-09 events including the return of class reunions (classes ending in 3s & 8s – mark your calendars for Oct. 31, 2008), kick-off of the alumni-student mentoring program this fall, and additional educational opportunities. There is much to look forward to.
