Description

This Alumni Association sponsored CLE will feature discussion on debtor and creditor rights and financial planning. Topics include:

  • Bankruptcy Overview – different types of bankruptcy, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13
  • Exemption and Exemption Planning – what you should know before filing bankruptcy, as well as discussion about Ohio House Bill 311
  • Financial Planning – setting financial goals and examining types of planning needed to achieve retirement goals and review of asset protection and cash flow management
