Class of 2008 "Students Giving Back to Students"

The Class of 2008 members created a scholarship to help future law students in honor of their class.  The class along with challenge gifts from the faculty and staff and Robert J. Weiler, L'83, H'05 raised over $20,000 toward their scholarship fund.  The Class of 2008 made pledge commitments over the next four years to establish this endowment scholarship fund. This is a permanent endowed fund that will be invested to generate income.  The investment income will provide annual scholarships for two upper-class students who have been engaged in Law School extracurricular activitieies and have received less than 15 percent of tuition in scholarship awards.
