J.D./LL.M. in Business & Taxation

The joint J.D./Master of Laws in Business and Taxation program provides a challenging, cross-disciplinary curriculum for those students who desire to work in or with corporations that face complicated commercial, international, and corporate transactions. Students will gain the necessary skills and knowledge that they will need to address complicated business transactions.

Dual degree candidates may take required courses in advanced business and tax while pursuing the JD degree. Upon completion of the JD degree, the student would enroll in the LL.M. program and complete the remaining credit hours required for the LL.M. degree in one semester of full-time study. Full-time students can typically complete this joint degree in just 3 1/2 years, rather than the four years typically required to pursue both degrees separately.
