Online registration is available if paying by credit card.

Registration Forms are due to the Institute no later than Friday, May 15, 2008. Please note, Employment Discrimination (EEOC) registration requires additional application information as indicated in the prerequisites and on the registration form.

Also note, FINRA* requires that you submit a separate application directly to the sponsoring organization identified below and in the description. We still require a Registration Form for all participants for FINRA, even though all applications are processed through and payments sent to FINRA.

Fees:

Each training has its own fee. The fee includes continental breakfast, lunch (for full day classes), breaks, training materials and a networking reception on Wednesday, June 4. Participants are responsible for their own dinners, transportation and lodging.

 

Continuing Education Credit:

As noted in each course description, particular trainings are being submitted for CLE hours to the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education, and others to the Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board for Continuing Education. General Continuing Education Certificates will be provided by Capital University Law School. Those who want to obtain CLE credit from other states should inquire with their own state licensing agency

Refunds and Cancellations:

A completed registration includes payment in full at the time of submission or a government voucher/purchase order accompanying the registration. We reserve the right to cancel a training if the minimum number of participants is not met. A full refund for paid registrants will be provided if this occurs.

Refunds will be made for cancellations made in writing on or before Friday, May 16, 2008. No refunds will be granted after that date, but substitutions will be permitted.
